When clients cancel late or don’t show up, it impacts more than just the day – it can affect the sustainability of our salon
All colour bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend your appointment (no-show).
If a client no-shows or cancels within 24 hours more than three times, we will kindly require full payment upfront to secure any future appointments.
This is not a decision we take lightly. We absolutely understand that life happens, and we always aim to be understanding and flexible. However, we kindly ask for your respect and consideration – your reliability truly makes a difference in helping our small business continue to grow and serve you with love and care.
