When clients cancel late or don’t show up, it impacts more than just the day – it can affect the sustainability of our salon
All colour bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend your appointment (no-show).
NO SHOW POLICY: If a client no-shows, they are required to pay the No Show Fee upfront, to secure any future appointments. The No Show Fee is equal to the full value of the missed appointment.
CANCELLATION WITH MORE THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE: As this gives us ample time to book another client in to the cancelled appointment, no fee applies.
CANCELLATION WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE: To secure any future appointments, the client will need to pay the Cancellation Fee upfront, which is equal to half the value of the cancelled appointment..
